Our General Manager will play a major role in running the day-to-day operations of Graphicwear. You will help connect all areas of the business, from customer service and sales to order management, production, employees, inventory, delivery, and overall operations. We are looking for someone who excels at execution, someone who can take ideas, identify what makes sense for the business, develop a plan, and help make it happen.
Responsibilities:
As General Manager, you will help oversee and coordinate the daily operations of Graphicwear, including: Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations Help ensure all departments are working efficiently and communicating effectively Oversee the flow of customer orders from initial inquiry through production and delivery Help manage employees, schedules, responsibilities, and workplace performance Ensure customer orders are organized, accurate, completed on time, and delivered properly Monitor inventory and help ensure the correct products and quantities are available for orders Coordinate between sales, customer service, production, and delivery Help improve systems, workflows, and processes throughout the company Identify operational problems and develop practical solutions Help create and implement strategies that improve efficiency, profitability, customer experience, and company growth Bring recommendations and new ideas to the President and leadership team Take approved ideas and strategies and develop actionable plans for implementation Help oversee customer communication and ensure a high level of customer service Assist with vendor relationships, purchasing, and order coordination as needed Monitor deadlines and ensure projects stay on track Help manage administrative responsibilities and business operations Assist with payroll and other operational responsibilities as needed Create accountability and help ensure employees understand expectations and responsibilities Maintain a positive, productive, and organized work environment Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to build a motivated and skilled sales team. Implement effective management practices such as shift management, employee scheduling, and organizational planning to meet business needs. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team productivity and morale. Maintain store appearance through merchandising standards and organized stocking practices. Oversee budgeting processes and manage operational costs to ensure profitability. Ensure compliance with safety policies, store policies, and legal regulations across all store activities. Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with staff and resolve customer issues promptly. Experience Previous management, operations, or business leadership experience Strong negotiation skills for vendor relations and purchasing negotiations.
