This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven leader to join a thriving business and make a meaningful impact on both day-to-day operations and long-term growth. Job Summary The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and parts departments. This role ensures profitability, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and a positive and compliant workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in dealership management and strong leadership capabilities. Responsibilities Lead and manage all departments to achieve sales goals, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement business plans, sales strategies, and marketing campaigns. Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for ownership. Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs, policies, and federal/state regulations. Recruit, train, mentor, and retain high-performing department managers and staff. Foster a customer-first culture that drives repeat business and referrals. Manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and manufacturer communications. Analyze market trends and adjust pricing, promotions, and processes accordingly. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in a dealership management role. Proven track record of success in sales, operations, and personnel management. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Solid understanding of financial reporting, P&L, and inventory management. Experience with DMS systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Management, or related field preferred.
