With thoughtfully designed, purposeful collections, Spyder fuses technology, form, function and fashion The Opportunity As an Assistant Manager, you'll be more than just support—you'll be the right hand to the Store Manager, learning what it takes to run a store as if it were your own. You'll lead by example, inspire the team, and take ownership of key areas of the business. This role is designed for leaders-in-the-making who want to build the skills, confidence, and experience to step into full store leadership. What You'll Do Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and achieve business targets. Take ownership of specific store functions—operations, merchandising, scheduling, or team development. Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Step in to run the store when the Store Manager is away. Learn to manage payroll, shrink, and compliance with a business-owner mindset. Build leadership skills that prepare you to become a Store Manager. What We're Looking For High school education or equivalent. 2+ years of retail or supervisory experience. Natural leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and support a team. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit—you're eager to learn and ready to take ownership.
