Built for adventure enthusiasts of all ages, our multi-attraction park features Air Track Sports Courts, Ropes Courses, Climbing Walls, Extreme Air Courses, Parkour Zones, Toddler Play Areas , and so much more. We're here to inspire active play, build lasting relationships, and create unforgettable memories — and we're searching for a driven Manager and Team Lead to help lead our crew to greatness! Your leadership responsibilities will include:

Running the park when the General Manager is off-site Oversee our exciting Membership Program, coaching and supporting our Membership Sales Team staff Providing support for our dynamic staff through; training, scheduling, staffing and coaching Overseeing daily safety checklists, cleanliness inspections, and equipment inventory Enforcing safety rules and waiver procedures with professionalism and kindness Performing and verifying all SOP-driven tasks (safety, cleanliness, inventory, tills, etc.) Reviewing monthly reports with the GM to improve profitability and plan for growth Promoting safety and leading by example with a positive, professional attitude Jumping in where needed: from guest interaction to counter operations to team meetings Assisting with hiring, scheduling, training, social media marketing, and cross-promotions Being CPR & First Aid certified and ready to respond when needed What We're Looking For Leadership experience preferred (management or team lead), but not required Background in marketing, sales, or social media promotion is a plus Strong communicator, problem solver, and motivator Organized, responsible, and excited to roll up your sleeves and get involved Dependable, energetic, and committed to building a fun, safe, team-driven culture Why You'll Love It Here Be part of a high-energy, fast-growing adventure brand Lead an amazing team and build lasting leadership skills Work in a place where every day feels like play Enjoy opportunities to grow your role as the park expands If you're ready to lead with energy, inspire others, and help build something amazing… this is your chance.
