Yankee Eye Clinic-Assistant General Manager Elevate Eye Care - 2.0 Eagan, MN Job Details Full-time $23 - $27 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications High school diploma or GED Supervising experience General management Full Job Description Position Overview The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting the General Manager with team leadership, patient flow, staff development, and administrative responsibilities. This role helps drive performance, foster a positive team culture, and uphold Elevate EyeCare's high standards for patient care and service. Key Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily clinic and optical operations Lead by example in delivering exceptional patient service and team professionalism Support staff scheduling, timekeeping, and daily workflow coordination Monitor and support performance metrics, including patient wait times, appointment flow, and sales goals Help onboard, train, and coach new and existing team members Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards Address and resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy Collaborate with the General Manager and providers to ensure a well-organized, efficient work environment Monitor inventory, order supplies, and support optical merchandising as needed Step in as acting manager during GM absences or high-volume periods Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and process improvement initiatives Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a healthcare, optical, or retail environment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment Working knowledge of scheduling, POS systems, and EHR platforms; experience with RevolutionEHR, Eyefinity, or similar systems is a plus High school diploma required Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Passion for delivering outstanding patient care and team development What We Offer Competitive hourly wage or salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and company holidays Eyewear discounts Career advancement and leadership development opportunities A positive, team-focused work culture Why Join Elevate Eyecare At Elevate Eyecare, our mission is to improve lives by delivering exceptional eye care and meaningful patient experiences.
