The Assistant Service Center Manager is the right hand to the Service Center Manager, leading a team to provide exceptional vehicle maintenance services and customer experience. Responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle repairs, supervising daily operations, training staff, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The role involves building customer loyalty through excellent service, developing weekly work schedules, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. You will also assist with store audits, safety protocols, and opening/closing procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service setting, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills in English, the ability to interpret KPI data, and schedule flexibility are required. Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various conditions is necessary.
