Mahtomedi Area Educational Foundation (MAEF) is dedicated to enhancing educational opportunities and outcomes for students at Mahtomedi Public Schools. We seek a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as our Executive Director, responsible for overall strategic, operational, and financial management. The Executive Director will serve as the public representative of the Foundation. This position requires a strong commitment to our mission and values, alongside a track record of successful leadership and fundraising in the nonprofit sector.

Communications & Advocacy Skills & Abilities:
Proven track record of successful fundraising and development efforts. Strong strategic planning, organizational, and leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities. Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources. Experience with Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Neon, and OneCause platforms is desirable. Passion for education and commitment to advancing educational equity.
