Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the cannabis industry, operational excellence, and providing a boutique, elevated dispensary experience. Key Responsibilities Support daily store operations and ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations. Assist in managing staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain a high-performing team. Provide exceptional customer service, guiding guests with product knowledge and personalized recommendations. Help oversee inventory management, merchandising, and vendor relations. Collaborate with management on operational planning, marketing initiatives, and store improvement projects. Step in for the General Manager as needed to maintain smooth operations. Qualifications Previous retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in cannabis, hospitality, or luxury retail. Blaze POS. Comfortable with cash handling. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of Minnesota cannabis laws and compliance preferred, but not required (training provided). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
