Job Description:

Employees are responsible for educating guests, and providing outstanding customer service Lead by example providing excellent client service by greeting clients, building relationships with clients, selling memberships, and retail products Assisting management in generating productivity reports, monitoring payroll, bank deposits, and inventory Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly Daily opening and/or closing of the salon and salon cleanliness Tanning Consultant candidates will have the following qualifications: High school diploma or higher At least 18 years of age One or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends Proven customer service experience Polished professional appearance Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Attention to detail and organization Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day Proficiency in generating membership and product sales goals Excellent trainer, motivator and leader A love of tanning
