Key Responsibilities As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for: Assisting in the day-to-day management of store operations. Supervising and supporting team members to ensure excellent customer service. Helping to maintain inventory, stock levels, and store organization. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner. Supporting the Store Manager with scheduling, training, and staff development. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
