Assistant Manager This position requires a heightened level of initiative and an ability to frequently exercises discretion of judgment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Effectively managing to achieve customer satisfaction Manage, formulate and execute goals to increase sales and profits Manage and improve the sales skills of all coworkers Management of all account activity in accordance with company policies and procedures Ability to maintain the store in Rent Ready condition including keeping coworkers informed of promotions and products knowledge Must have the ability to manage coworkers including selection, training, motivating, evaluating, coaching and developing people Ability to provide leadership and coaching through company standards Manage the inventory by an organization, receiving and transferring products to ensure revenue and profit growth Organize and follow-up on all daily activity including scheduling of all coworkers to meet the needs of the store Continual Management and security of all assets of the store Ensure all policies, procedures, and standards are followed and adhered to Any other duties assigned by the District Manager Qualifications Candidates must meet the following requirements: Must have Associate or Bachelors degree; OR 2 years of management experience Profit and Loss experience Computer literacy/proficiency in a windows operating system Be at least 21 years old Have a Valid drivers license Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as excellent listening skills Be legally permitted to work in the
