What You'll Do As the Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our smash room facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with managing the team and ensuring excellent customer service. Overseeing the preparation and maintenance of smash rooms for customer use. Coordinating daily schedules and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience. Supporting the Manager in inventory management and operational tasks. Leading by example to create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
