The Role:

General Manager As General Manager, you will take full ownership of day-to-day operations and work closely with ownership to execute the long-term vision of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and optimize operations across all service divisions Hire, train, and retain high-performing teams Ensure quality, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction Build and maintain strong client relationships Develop and implement systems and processes for scalable growth Oversee budgets, job costing, and operational KPIs Drive expansion into new markets and support strategic initiatives What We're Looking For We want a leader who is not only experienced — but driven, solution-oriented, and ready to grow.
