Job Description

Position General Responsibilities:
The incumbent will work under the direction of the current Market President to build relationships with existing staff and customers. This includes being responsible for an existing long-standing agriculture portfolio. This position will provide managerial support to the Miles City Market President. Position requires both strong lending and management skills and for the development of staff, business development, and lending functions for agricultural lending but is not limited to, commercial, real estate, real estate construction and commercial loans. Incumbent must represent the Bank in various community activities and organizations, have a strong drive for business development and willingness to grow their agricultural loan portfolio by their own efforts.
Education, Experience and Certification RequirementsNote:

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, finance, agricultural business or equivalent education/work experience.

A minimum of five to ten years agricultural lending experience. Experience in analyzing credit request, collateral analysis, budget monitoring, and obtaining/ monitoring government guarantees.

Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access or related software.

Solid understanding/knowledge of FSA Lending Programs and USDA.Proven aggressive history of solid business development and strong sales abilities.

Strong desire to increase Stockman Bank market-share by developing networks and contacts, community involvement and participation and diligent work ethic.

Demonstrated ability to provide information in concise verbal and written formats.

Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Specific skill requirementsAction Orientation taking initiative to achieve desired results rather than passively waiting for direction.
