General Manager, HOTWORX On The Plaza HOTWORX On The Plaza is hiring a General Manager with proven sales and leadership experience who is ready to take the studio to the next level and get paid for doing it. Compensation Base pay plus uncapped commission . There is no ceiling on what you can earn from membership sales, retail, and B2B partnerships, and you'll also earn milestone bonuses as the studio hits growth targets. What you'll be responsible for Studio's performance: sales, retention, and day to day operations Driving new membership sales and turning leads into members Member retention: building real relationships B2B and corporate partnership outreach, bringing in local businesses, hotels, and community partners as steady, ongoing lead sources Planning and running in studio events and outside pop ups Coaching and developing your team through hiring, training, and holding staff to high standards Managing day to day studio operations Keeping the studio pristine: saunas, workout areas, lobby, and restrooms held to a standard members are proud to bring a friend to Owning the studio's social media presence and representing the brand online Managing the full lead pipeline and follow up cadence so every lead gets worked What we're looking for Proven sales leadership experience, ideally in fitness, wellness, or another membership based business A track record of hitting and beating sales targets Someone who wants to be measured and paid on performance Strong people leadership: you can hire, train, and hold a team accountable Organized HOTWORX On The Plaza is a 24/7 infrared fitness gym at 2501 The Plaza, Suite 9, Charlotte, NC.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
