The Ryder Rental Management Trainee program is an 18-24 month accelerated career development experience designed to build the next generation of Ryder leaders. This program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit. You'll receive hands-on training across Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales & Marketing — gaining the full toolkit you need to step into a leadership role with confidence. What You'll Experience Over 18-24 months, you'll build expertise across every core area of the business: Finance- Understand the P&L drivers behind a high-performing rental operation Operations
- Manage rental assets, vehicle PM standards, and day-to-day location performance Sales & Marketing
- Drive revenue through inbound sales, outbound solicitation, and lead generation for rental, lease, and used vehicle sales Human Resources
- Learn how to build, develop, and lead a team Customer Relationship Management
- Resolve customer concerns and grow a loyal customer base Compliance & Regulatory
