Role summary We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Learner Services to lead our team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in North Carolina (or eligible for licensure) who is excited by creative programming and committed to quality services and outstanding learner outcomes. What you'll do Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high‑quality, person‑centered services across, classroom, home, clinic and potentially farm-based settings. Develop and implement programs that promote ongoing learner success, with a strong focus on school readiness and real‑world skills. Collaborate with home and clinic service teams to ensure cohesive, data‑driven and effective service delivery. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and clinical excellence. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards while maintaining a warm, family‑like environment.
