Division President, Construction — Build & Lead Your Own Division | $100K- $165K + Bonus This is a President title with a hard hat on. You'll own the construction operation of an entire division — but make no mistake, you start by building homes yourself, and you never stop getting your hands dirty. A quick reality check before you read on: this is not a P&L-and-sales executive seat. You won't run sales. You will run the building of homes — first with your own two hands, then with a team you grow underneath you. If "President" to you means a desk and a sales quota, this isn't your seat. If it means owning every home your division delivers, keep reading. We are a growing on-your-lot custom homebuilder across North and South Carolina. We build on our customers' own land, and we're looking for a builder-leader to own and scale the construction of a division in Monroe, NC. What you'll do: Start as a working builder — in the field, running jobs on your customers' land. As the division grows, add 1-3 people under you and lead them to a run rate of 40- 50 homes a year.

What we're looking for: A builder-leader who likes the field and the miles — on-your-lot means real driving, and you've got to enjoy it. A track record of delivering homes on time and on budget. A strong people leader who can train and manage a team. Purchasing/estimating experience welcome, but not required. A customer-first, do-the-right-thing, deliver-what-you-promise operator.

What we offer:
