Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Participate in a structured 18-24 month rotational program across aggregates operations, maintenance, quality, sales, and environmental functions. Build leadership capabilities by partnering with plant leaders to drive operational excellence, safety, and performance initiatives. Analyze production, operational, and business metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making. Lead and contribute to projects that enhance efficiency, productivity, customer service, and sustainable operations. Develop the knowledge and skills needed to progress into future leadership roles within Aggregates operations. What Are We Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, Geology, Construction Management, Business, or a related field. Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, military, volunteer, or extracurricular experiences. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams. Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, adaptability, and learning in a fast-paced operational environment. Work Environment Hands-on experience in quarry and aggregates operations with exposure to production, maintenance, and business functions. Combination of field-based and office-based work in an active industrial environment. Frequent interaction with operational leaders, frontline teams, customers, and support functions. Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety policies and procedures. Travel may be required to support rotations, training activities, and business needs throughout the program.
