Job Description
Oversee daily operations and ensure the effective implementation of CAPstone's programs and services. Lead fundraising initiatives, including grant writing and the management of grant funds. Develop, monitor, and manage annual budgets, including program and grant budgets. Create, implement, and review policies and procedures to ensure program effectiveness. Supervise staff and provide team leadership, including performance evaluations and professional development. Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and the public to raise awareness and secure support for CAPstone's mission. Respond to emergency situations as needed, including availability after hours.
