Market President:

Must have banking (lending/leadership) experience.. As Market President, you'll serve as the face of the bank in a close-knit rural community, overseeing both strategic market growth and day-to-day operations. You'll lead a team of bankers, foster lasting relationships with ag producers and small businesses, and ensure the bank's legacy of trust and service continues for generations. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a relationship-first culture and believes in the power of local banking to change lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Inspire:

Manage a team of lenders and staff; foster a positive, collaborative work culture rooted in integrity and accountability.

Community Engagement:

Serve as a visible, involved leader in the community; build deep relationships with business owners, farmers, and local organizations.

Drive Growth:

Identify and develop lending opportunities with an emphasis on agriculture, and commercial lending ; manage a personal loan portfolio.

Strategic Oversight:

Collaborate with executive leadership to develop local market strategies, oversee budget performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Build Legacy:

Carry forward the bank's long-standing commitment to service, trust, and local decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven Leadership:

8+ years in commercial or ag lending

Community Minded:

A passion for small-town living and a desire to be an engaged community leader.

Ag Lending Expertise:

Strong understanding of agriculture, farming operations, and rural economic drivers.

People First:

Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills; a natural connector and collaborator.
