Job Description - Management Trainee We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainees to join our team. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to learn business operations, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on exposure across multiple functions while working closely with experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day business operations across assigned departments Assist senior management in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects Collect, analyze, and prepare reports, presentations, and business insights Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Learn organizational policies, systems, and business processes Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to team goals Requirements Graduate / MBA / PGDM in any specialization
Eligible Batch:
2025 & 2026 Graduates Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Skills Internship or project experience in business, operations, or management roles Basic understanding of business processes such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, or Finance Strong organizational and time-management skills Positive attitude with a growth mindset
