Lead it. Scale it. We are launching a new IDD agency in New Jersey, focused on residential and in-home DDD services, as part of a growing regional senior care and IDD group. We are seeking a Founding Administrator / Executive Director to lead the agency from setup through scale, working directly with ownership and regional leadership. What You'll Do Lead startup: licensing, setup, and operational launch Build residential and in-home DDD programs from the ground up Partner with ownership and regional administration Hire, train, and manage your core team Ensure full compliance with NJ DDD and Medicaid requirements Establish scalable systems across operations and service delivery What We're Looking For Experience operating or launching an IDD/DD agency in NJ Strong knowledge of NJ DDD (residential + in-home supports) Proven ability to build teams and scale operations Comfortable in a fast-paced, low-structure environment Hands-on operator with strong execution skills Why This Role Founding leadership role with real ownership exposure Backed by an established regional healthcare platform High autonomy with the ability to shape the entire operation Competitive compensation and growth opportunity Benefits Paid Time Off Health Insurance
