GM's:

Manage the daily operations of the spa Make sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively Coach and develop team members Maximize inventory for professional and retail use Understand our software systems and utilize tools to analyze spa's overall performance Take the lead in neighborhood marketing and community outreach Ensures each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience Understands that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction

Requirements:

Meevo experience required or highly preferred At least 2 years previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
