Job Description

The General Manager is responsible for the daily operation, growth, profitability, and overall customer experience of Hit & Run Baseball and the Hit & Run Outlaws program. The GM serves as the bridge between ownership and execution, ensuring that players, families, coaches, trainers, and staff receive a high-quality experience while growing the organization. Operations Management Facility Operations Oversee daily operations of the 9,000 sq. ft. facility. Ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and readiness. Manage equipment maintenance and replacement schedules. Maintain safety standards and operational procedures. Scheduling & Logistics Manage facility schedule. Coordinate cage rentals, lessons, classes, camps, and team practices. Maximize facility utilization. Prevent scheduling conflicts. Staff Management Supervise trainers, coaches, front desk personnel, and contractors. Conduct staff meetings. Evaluate staff performance. Assist with hiring and onboarding. Membership & Revenue Growth Membership Sales Drive academy membership growth. Increase retention rates. Develop sales systems and follow-up processes. Track leads and conversions. Team Growth Ensure Outlaws teams are filled appropriately. Help launch additional teams when demand exists. Develop systems to increase tryout attendance. Program Development Create and improve revenue-generating programs. Identify new opportunities for camps, clinics, leagues, memberships, and events. Customer ExperienceFamily Communication Oversee parent communication systems. Ensure inquiries receive timely responses. Resolve issues before they become larger problems. Athlete Experience Ensure athletes receive a professional development experience. Monitor participation and engagement. Improve athlete retention. Technology & Data Management Technology Oversight Become proficient in: Uplift Motion Capture TrackMan Baseline Scheduling software Reporting Provide weekly KPI reports. Membership growth Retention Revenue Team enrollment Lesson utilization Class attendance Marketing & RecruitingMarketing Execution Coordinate social media efforts. Support email campaigns. Promote camps, clinics, memberships, and tryouts.
Pay:
$54,301.76 - $65,395.66 per year
