As the General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. Your responsibilities will include managing memberships and personnel, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the facilities are operating smoothly. The ideal candidate is a positive, motivating leader with a passion for health and fitness.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to the operational budget Oversee marketing efforts and promotions Oversee membership sales and promotions Build relationships with vendors and community leaders Ensure all gym systems and procedures are followed Hire and train staff Oversee customer service and resolve issues that arise Ensure the club is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred Previous management experience Strong understanding of budgets, profit and loss, and revenue Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills
