Job Description
Job Overview iSmash is looking for a motivated and outgoing Assistant Manager to help lead day-to-day operations at our Woodland Park, New Jersey location. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for managing staff, delivering a great customer experience, and helping grow a fast-expanding entertainment brand. We're looking for someone who is confident managing people, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and excited about building a strong team from the ground up. iSmash is growing quickly, and this role offers real opportunities for advancement as the company continues to expand. Duties Hire, train, schedule, and manage employees Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer experiences Handle administrative and managerial duties Monitor sales performance and inventory levels Order and manage supplies and consumables Act as the main point of contact for business partnerships Be present during busy weekends and large events Address customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally Handle minor repairs and facility issues when needed Help with local marketing initiatives and in store social media content creation Experience (Required) Strong customer service and people skills Minimum of 3 years of retail or customer-facing management experience Experience directly supervising employees Reliable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of daily operations Experience (Preferred) Experience working in an entertainment venue (arcade, activity center, events, etc.) Previous experience as an assitant manager Experience handling high-volume weekend traffic
