Management Trainee

We're hiring motivated, people-focused individuals to join our retail sales team as Management Trainees . Our clients represent nationally recognized brands in industries such as wireless services, home water solutions, and other essential household products. We work within our retail partners to bring these products and services to life! This is a hands-on role with a structured path into leadership. You'll gain experience in sales, customer engagement and team development while learning how to run retail marketing campaigns and manage people. Phase 1

• Training & Foundations Learn the basics of sales and customer engagement through in-store marketing events at our retail partners in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho Gain hands-on experience with client interactions and product presentations Phase 2
• Operational & Leadership Development Begin managing aspects of campaigns and daily operations Assist in training and mentoring new team members Phase 3
