Overview Are you an entrepreneurial leader who thrives on complete operational ownership? We are an established, high-growth home healthcare business generating $2M+ in annual revenue, and we are looking for a dynamic General Manager to take the reins. In this role, you won't just execute someone else's playbook—you will own it. You will have full operational autonomy to run the day-to-day business, manage the P&L, lead a dedicated office staff, and drive strategic revenue growth. Key Responsibilities As the General Manager, you will report directly to the owners while maintaining complete day-to-day control of day to day operations: Financial Performance (P&L Ownership): Drive profitability by managing budgets, controlling margins, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Revenue & Business Growth:
Identify market opportunities, implement strategic growth initiatives, and expand our community footprint to scale the business beyond its current $2M footprint.
Team Leadership & Staffing:
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing office team. You will foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and empathy.
Autonomous Operations:
Manage daily clinical and non-clinical workflows, ensuring strict compliance with NYS healthcare regulations while maintaining exceptional standards of care.
Qualifications Proven Leadership:
3-5+ years of experience in an operational leadership role (General Manager, Executive Director, or Operations Director), ideally within home healthcare, senior care, or a highly regulated service industry.
Financial Acumen:
Direct experience managing a P&L of $1.5M+ with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expense control.
People First:
Exceptional ability to recruit, retain, and inspire a diverse team of office staff and caregivers.
Problem Solver:
A self-starter who thrives in a fully autonomous work environment and excels at decisive, independent decision-making.
Compliance Minded:
Familiarity with state/federal healthcare regulations is highly preferred.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
