Assistant General Manager - Crunch Fitness Long Island Crunch Fitness is growing on Long Island, and we're looking for a driven Assistant Manager to support the leadership of one of our clubs. Lead by example to ensure top-tier customer service and member satisfaction Support hiring, training, and coaching of team members Oversee daily operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and fully functional facility Assist in driving sales, revenue goals, and membership retention Handle member concerns promptly and professionally Monitor performance metrics and support reporting with theGeneral Manager What We're Looking For:
1-2+ years of supervisory or management experience (fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Sales and customer service experience required A highly outgoing, charismatic personality with the confidence to engage members, build relationships, and create a welcoming, energetic club atmosphereRequirements:
High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred) Ability to be active on the gym floor and lift up to 100 lbs occasionallyPay:
Starting pay at $22 per hour , with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performanceBenefits:
