Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making. Acts as a point of contact or gatekeeper between top management and other stakeholders. Provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance. May act as an advisor to the chief executive, or responsible for the management of executive support staff. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments.

•197488 FlexStaff is hiring a Temp Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to provide high level support to two Senior Vice Presidents (SVP's)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (8:30a-4:30p an option as well)
Location:
Primarily based on Marcus Avenue, Lake Success NY, some work in Melville & occasional work in
New York City Salary:
$40 - $50 per hour
Responsibilities:
+ Manage and maintain calendars for both SVPs, including scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating complex meetings.
+ Proactively manage shifting priorities and meeting changes with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
+ Communicate meeting updates, changes in locations, and scheduling adjustments directly to both executives.
+ Coordinate domestic and occasional business travel arrangements.
+ Process and manage expense reimbursements.
+ Anticipate the executives' needs and ensure their schedules and logistics run smoothly.
+ Handle multiple priorities while maintaining discretion, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency.
+ Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
+ Knowledge of Business Administration or related field as normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree.
+ Minimum of three (3) years administrative support experience, required.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), required. Ability to produce high quality reports, presentations, and related documents.
+ Strong verbal, written and customer service skills, required.

When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
