Founder Liaison Location:
Montebello, NY, 10901 Position Overview We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder and leadership teams across a growing portfolio of healthcare companies. This role is focused on helping turn strategy into execution. The right person will be able to organize priorities, drive accountability, improve communication across teams, and keep important initiatives moving forward. You will act as a central point of coordination between the Founder, executives, operators, and stakeholders. This is not an Executive Assistant position and not a traditional Project Manager role. We are looking for someone who can operate at a high level, think critically, and help leadership teams stay aligned and organized in a fast-paced environment. Healthcare experience is required. Responsibilities Executive & Founder Support Attend leadership meetings and strategic discussions Turn conversations into actionable next steps with owners and deadlines Prepare executive summaries, briefing materials, and follow-up documentation Help prioritize issues that require Founder involvement Keep leadership informed on key initiatives, risks, and outstanding items Operations & Execution Drive accountability across leadership teams Track projects and strategic initiatives through completion Coordinate efforts across multiple healthcare companies and departments Identify bottlenecks, missed deadlines, and operational challenges Ensure priorities continue moving forward without constant oversight Communication & Coordination Draft executive communications, presentations, and meeting summaries Help improve communication between leadership, operators, and stakeholders Assist with meeting cadence, reporting structures, and organizational follow-up Systems & Organization Maintain scorecards, priority trackers, and accountability systems Help improve operational processes and internal organization Support the development of systems that improve execution and visibility across the organization Qualifications Required Healthcare industry experience Strong organizational and operational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong follow-through and attention to detail Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally Preferred Background Previous Chief of Staff experience Healthcare operations leadership Executive business partner experience Management consulting background EOS Integrator experience What We're Looking For Someone who creates structure and clarity in complex situations Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Comfortable working with executives, operators, and investors Able to hold teams accountable and keep initiatives on track Calm under pressure with a high level of professionalism Someone who prefers impact and execution over recognition What Success Looks Like Leadership teams are aligned and accountable Important projects move forward consistently Communication across the organization improves The Founder is able to stay focused on strategic priorities Teams have better visibility into priorities, deadlines, and execution ```
