Position Overview The Assistant Manager supports the Boutique Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall success of the women's fashion boutique. This role is responsible for leading the sales team, ensuring an elevated client experience, managing daily operations, and upholding brand standards. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Experience Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and styling advice. Support the achievement of monthly and annual sales goals. Motivate and coach team members to meet individual sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Team Leadership & Development Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Lead by example in sales techniques, product knowledge, and service standards. Supervise staff in the Manager's absence. Operations & Merchandising Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects brand aesthetics. Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and conduct inventory counts. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage cash handling and POS operations accurately. Administrative Duties Support scheduling to ensure optimal staffing coverage. Prepare sales reports and assist in analyzing store performance. Assist in planning in-store promotions and events. Qualifications 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in women's fashion. Previous supervisory or keyholder experience preferred. Strong sales and customer service background. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fashion trends and styling. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
