It's corporate-owned, not a franchise , so you get the full company behind you and a direct line to the people building the concept. As new missions get developed, you'll help shape them — testing rooms and feeding back from the floor. What you'll own The floor. Every shift, every session, every guest. You set the energy. The crew. Hire, train, and lead game guides. Build schedules, keep morale high. The numbers. POS, daily reconciliation, payroll, budgeting, inventory. The growth. Hit revenue targets, grow party and group bookings, drive local marketing. What you bring Proven management experience in a venue, store, or high-volume hospitality or entertainment operation. Ready-to-step-up assistant managers welcome.

Operational discipline:
POS, scheduling, payroll, budgeting. Cool under pressure. Weekends and peak periods are showtime. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
