We are seeking a motivated Shop Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our busy Midas locations. What You'll Do As Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the location by leading your team, providing an outstanding customer experience, and achieving financial goals. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop technicians and service advisors Drive sales while maintaining the highest ethical standards Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish Ensure Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) are completed thoroughly and consistently Monitor shop productivity, labor efficiency, and technician performance Review daily sales, gross profit, labor, and key performance metrics Maintain quality control on all repairs Manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow Control inventory and parts expenses Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture Qualifications 3+ years of automotive management experience Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance Proven track record of growing sales and profitability Experience managing technicians and service advisors Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills Ability to read financial reports and manage KPIs Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license Preferred ASE Certifications Experience with Repair Shop Solutions (RSS) or similar shop management software Multi-shop leadership experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Weekly performance bonus Paid vacation and holidays Health insurance options 401(k) Employee discounts Ongoing leadership and technical training Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization What Success Looks Like Our Shop Managers are expected to: Build and retain a winning team Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction Achieve monthly sales and gross profit goals Maintain high technician productivity and efficiency Execute thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections on every vehicle Lead by example with integrity, professionalism, and accountability Why Join Us?
