Job Description

Penske Automotive Group is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals in the Cleveland area to join our Management Training program. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the inner workings of all the departments within an automotive dealership and fast-track your career!

Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree. Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred. Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience. Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
