General Manager

Compensation:

$68,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with ownership/executive team on strategic planning and reporting Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Hire, train, and mentor department leaders and staff to foster growth and performance Ensure adherence to operational policies and industry best practices Analyze reports, budgets, and KPIs to inform decisions and maximize profitability
