This leadership role is responsible for driving profitability, developing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence across Sales, Finance, Parts, Service, and Accessories. Proven success managing dealership operations with full P&L responsibility. Experience leading Sales, Finance, Parts, and Service departments. Strong financial, operational, and leadership skills. Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Preferred Honda Powersports experience. Multi-line powersports, automotive, marine, or RV dealership leadership. OEM leadership training and 20 Group participation. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
