The Opportunity This is far more than a traditional Chief of Staff role. You will serve as the founder's strategic partner, helping transform vision into execution while driving operational excellence across the organization. This position is designed for a high-potential leader who thrives on solving complex challenges, building systems, managing strategic initiatives, and creating organizational alignment. As the right hand to the founder, you'll gain exposure to every aspect of the business while helping shape the firm's future growth. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear path toward a Chief Operating Officer position within the next two to three years.
