Roto-Rooter , a premier provider of plumbing and drain cleaning services, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant General Manager to help lead our Canton, OH team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in service management with a strong emphasis on sales. Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Oversee and manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Sales:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor service technicians to enhance their performance and career growth.
Customer Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Compliance:
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.

Sales Experience:
