Assistant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager to join our car wash team! In this leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, support sales initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer service. Lead and supervise staff to ensure smooth daily operations, including shift management, lunch breaks and customer interactions Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new employees to foster a motivated and skilled team Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment Maintain the car wash equipment and inspect for issues and normal wear Strong leadership abilities with proven supervising experience in retail or grocery environments Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly valued Experience with POS systems Demonstrated ability to train & develop staff while fostering a positive team environment Exceptional organizational skills with time management expertise for shift planning and administrative tasks Knowledge of compressors, pumps, and general car wash equipment preferred Ability to handle customer service situations professionally using phone etiquette and effective communication skills The Assistant manager will report directly to the Site Manager and will be expected to help with repair, maintenance, sales, prepping vehicles, training new employees, daily operations, scheduling, and solving daily problems. Total compensation for this position is expected to range from $42,000 to $47,000 depending on hours worked, overtime, and bonus. We are closed all major holidays and offer holiday pay, pto, insurance, free car washes, and more. •Verified Management experience is required for this position•
