Job Description
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - we INVITE you to come join our Team! Our established and successfully operated skilled nursing company is emerging in Ohio and currently seeking a servant leader, prepared to transform our industry in an autonomous environment, pushing toward cultural, clinical and financial excellence, for a facilities in the surrounding areas of Toledo and Cleveland. Familiarity with the area is preferred. You will be responsible for making a commitment to providing top quality patient care through the valued facility teamwork. Along with patient care, you will be responsible for other duties such as: Overall operations of the facility in accordance with current state, federal and local, standards and regulations. Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company to ensure the facility is providing the highest level of quality care to their patients. Provide an environment that motivates the facility staff to come to work and give their best efforts. Responsible for the review and interpretation of the financial outcomes of the facility. Participation in department management meetings.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college.EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICAITON
Minimum two years' experience as a LNHA Must possess a current Ohio LNHA licensee Knowledge of state and federal regulations Acts as the Compliance Officer for the facility Ensures Center compliance with all Federal, State and company regulations and policies. Ensures that all practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner. Ensures that all Standard of Care and service provided is of the highest quality. Oversees completion of forms, reports, etc. including State licensure reports, monthly financial reports, Public Health or Department of Labor surveys, plans of correction, responses to corporate requests, replies to patients' council, and others as needed Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or assigned at any time with or without notice Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care Current knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations Maintain neat, well-groomed and professional appearanceCOMPETATIVE PAY WITH BONUS OPPORTUNITY MEDICAL, DENTAL AND VISION
