Job Description

The Retail Store Assistant General Manager is responsible for leading the charge of our company core values (C.A.R.E.S.) and strengthening the team around them.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

LMA Proactively manages the day to day operations of the car wash Works directly with the General Manager to make strategic recommendations on process improvements Commitment to using data for measurement and benchmarking Creates a culture of continuous improvement Trains and develops team members Leads by example, friendly and energetic with a passion for helping people Results-oriented with the ability to push self and others towards success Commitment to successfully managing and leading growth Servant leadership and organizational skills 45 hour expected work week

Requirements:

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Customer service experience

Pay range is $59,000 - $66,000 Competitive bonus structure PTO per company policy 401k with 3% match Healthcare benefits
