Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Car Wash General Manager to lead our car wash operations with enthusiasm. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, perform preventative maintenance and lead a team of employees. Your leadership will drive team performance, optimize processes, and foster a welcoming environment for both staff and customers. Duties Manage daily car wash operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met consistently Supervise staff activities, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Oversee cleaning and maintenance to uphold industry standards for cleanliness and safety regulations Lead team management efforts by motivating staff, fostering teamwork, and maintaining high morale Ensure safety for staff, customers and customer vehicles. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing the customer experience Implement and monitor cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a pristine environment at all times Requirements Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly Knowledge of car wash equipment and maintenance, safety procedures, cleaning & sanitation, and management best practices Experience in express car wash management is required Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving Join us as our Car Wash General Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team, and deliver outstanding service that keeps our customers coming back!
