Job Description
Under the general direction of the Chief Operations Officer, this position is accountable for the successful administration of the branch in accordance with policies, procedures, and guidelines of the YMCA of Greater Tulsa Association. The Executive Director oversees the management of programs, membership, volunteer and staff recruitment and development, fundraising, and collaborations with community agencies in meeting the needs of its members and program participants. The Executive Director will work with Association Staff in consistency of programs and membership as well as innovation, strategy and management of risk.

- a Y employee's schedule DOES provide a great deal of flexibility. This job is not simply a 9am-5pm M-F position. The ability to attend functions, be present at certain peak times, be involved in the community, etc. ensures that work-life balance is in your hands. Know that some days may be longer, and some days may be shorter than others.
