Job Description

Medford BMW is looking for the right person to join our team in a Sales and Finance role. This is a great opportunity for someone who has been successful selling cars and is looking for the next step in their career. The right person will continue selling vehicles while also getting the opportunity to learn and grow into the Finance Department. We are looking for someone with previous new car dealership sales experience who is professional, motivated, customer-focused, and interested in building a long term career in the automotive business. F&I experience is a plus, but not required for the right person. What matters most is a strong work ethic, a good attitude, the ability to communicate well with customers, and the desire to keep growing.
