Compensation:

$170,000 - $210,000, based on experience, + 25%

401k + company matching, health and dental insurance, paid time off, paid sick days A Day in the Life of the General Manager In this role, you'll take full ownership of the U.S. business, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution. You'll lead a growing team, drive market expansion, and align local initiatives with global strategy. Your work will directly impact the company's growth trajectory in the U.S. while strengthening its position as a leader in low-flow measurement and control solutions.

Responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional U.S. team Foster a strong, performance-driven and people-oriented company culture Define and execute business plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with global strategy Drive sales growth through customer engagement, channel management, and key accounts Expand service and assembly capabilities in collaboration with global teams Identify market trends and new business opportunities, turning insights into action Ensure compliance with local regulations, HR policies, and corporate standards Represent the organization with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders Manage full P&L responsibility and overall operational performance Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

Recent P&L or general management experience Prior experience in the flow measurement & control or industrial instrumentation space (e.g., Emerson, Krohne, Endress+Hauser, Siemens, or similar) Great, hands-on leadership style Experience working with international organizations, ideally with European headquarters Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills High integrity, decisiveness, and ability to perform under pressure About the
