This executive role requires a dynamic leader with deep experience in corporate strategy, complex deal-making, and executive-level client engagement. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic insight and hands-on execution capabilities to lead the organization into its next phase of growth. Position Responsibilities Strategic Growth Planning Develop and implement long-range business development strategies aligned with corporate goals Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential acquisitions Lead strategic planning sessions with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders Market Expansion Drive initiatives to enter new verticals and geographic markets Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, customers, and influencers Oversee market analysis and competitive intelligence to refine value propositions High-Level Relationship Management Represent the organization with clients, partners, and industry leaders at the executive level Lead negotiations of major strategic deals and partnerships Cultivate long-term relationships that result in high-value opportunities and sustainable revenue streams Team Leadership & Collaboration Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development team Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and strategic thinking Collaborate closely with marketing, product, operations, and executive leadership teams to ensure alignment of goals and messaging Prerequisites 10+ years of executive-level experience in business development, strategy, or corporate growth roles Proven track record of developing and executing multi-million-dollar growth initiatives Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and translate them into strategic actions Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent preferred Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Certified Strategic Planner (CSP) Executive Leadership Program Certifications (e.g., Wharton, Harvard Business School) PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt What the Role Offers Executive-level compensation with a base salary range of $350,000 to $450,000 Performance-based incentives and long-term equity opportunities Strategic influence over the organization's future direction and growth Exposure to industry-leading clients and high-impact partnerships Full suite of executive benefits, including health, retirement, and travel support Opportunities for board-level engagement and industry recognition Why Malvern?
