Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of hotel management experience, preferably as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager. Experience with select-service or limited-service hotels preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities. Proven experience managing budgets, labor costs, and hotel financial performance. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS). Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as business demands require. High school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred.
