A Chief of Staff plans and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the organization's President, CEO or other executive. Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making. Acts as a point of contact or gatekeeper between top management and other stakeholders. Provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance. May act as an advisor to the chief executive, or responsible for the management of executive support staff. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments.

COMPENSATION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare weekly staff meeting, keep minutes, remind staff about outstanding items Create purchase orders and invoices Data-entry of customer contact information and notes Answer phones, filing, maintain office supplies Filing, maintain office supplies
REQUIREMENTS
: Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with customers and staff Attention to detail, organization ability a must Accurate data entry skills required Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Contributes to team effort by completing necessary tasks, may be asked to assist in other areas 5+ year administrative experience preferred Able to use and operate a computer with basic Microsoft office required Extensive knowledge of Excel (to combine, sort, and summarize large amounts of data).
